1. Booking & Confirmations

Any appointment requested through our website represents a booking inquiry. A booking is only finalized and guaranteed once our coordinator contacts you via WhatsApp or Telegram and officially confirms your time slot and location.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We request that you respect our specialists' time. Our cancellation and rescheduling rules are as follows:

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the appointment) or no-shows may result in restrictions on future online bookings.
• Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to allow for a relaxed preparation.

3. Locations & Specific Services

We operate two specialized locations on Koh Phangan. You agree to verify and arrive at the correct location corresponding to your service:

• Victoria Nails (Thong Sala): Specialized in advanced Nail Studio treatments (Manicure, Pedicure, BIAB, Gel Polish).
• Victoria Beauty (Sri Thanu): Specialized in Aesthetic MedSpa, facial treatments, massage, and body care.
• Location confirmation is mandatory before arriving, as we maintain professional hygiene setups dedicated to each service type.

4. Health, Suitability & Consultations

Your safety is our absolute priority. You agree to the following terms:

• You are responsible for disclosing any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical contraindications, or pregnancy before your procedure.
• Certain advanced aesthetic services may require a preliminary consultation and skin analysis by our experts to ensure safety.
• We reserve the right to decline service if a treatment is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for your current condition.

5. Pricing & Payments

Prices listed on our site are in Thai Baht (THB). Online booking requests do not require any upfront payment. All services are paid directly at the salon upon completion of your treatments.

6. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to update our service offerings, hours of operation, and pricing structures at any time to reflect updates in our professional products, equipment, and Koh Phangan operational guidelines.
